i am pleasure representing China Fangda group co. ltd give this cooperation intent to your Department , we plan to invest to establish an environmental protection company at U.S.A.to deal with more and mare waste tires by using our inventive EQUIPMENTS (Also we can only sell this Equipment) & TECHNOLOGY which was showed in the attachment file, PLS READ it .
waste tires is a headache problem to the environment and we can do a perfect work deal with those garbage .before that we want to get some helpful information , for Example :
1.standards of this kind of company requested in U.S.A, ( noise pollution index; dust pollution indext ;air pollution index , and ?)
2. do this kind of company need have to pass the certificate of ISO , UL and so on !
3. how do we find a cooperator
4. Do the State Government could give some help on land , financial or any others ?
