Crushers apply fibre reinforced concrete process

Fibre-reinforced concrete uses Fibermesh, a proprietary additive, to increase structural strength limit or prevent cracking. Cone crusher is an important machine in concrete production. Small particles of synthetic or steel fibre are blended into the concrete mixture. These fibres uniformly mix throughout the concrete and align in no particular direction. When concrete settles, it shrinks or expands causing cracking. The crack has a limited distance over which it can spread before reaching a fibre and this stops the crack from growing

I am a firm believer in using fibre-reinforced concrete when placing concrete for a patio, deck, walkway or other similar items. If you use fibre-reinforced concrete you do not require wire mesh or rebar.

US supplier of dust suppression equipment Dust Control Technology, has introduced a range of tower mounts for its Dustboss atomizer equipment to provide a longer hang and range of water particles that also results in more precise aiming. This results in superior particle suppression and prevents dust from migrating off site. The new towers have been designed specifically to address ongoing operations that generate dust in fixed locations.
According to DCT general manager Laura Stiverson: ""The tower mounts can deliver a focused mist to the areas where dust is created. This allows the DustBoss units to concentrate virtually their entire output directly to the source of the problem."
I do strongly suggest jointing. This prevents cracking the slabs by encouraging the cracks to occur in the joints as opposed to on the surface of the concrete. Control joints are normally spaced at intervals equal to the width of the pour. It is recommended, however, not to exceed 10 feet in any direction without a joint. The joint should be cut at least one-fourth the depth of the slab. A jointer tool or saw is used for this step. Place a straightedge across the surface and run the jointer along the straight edge to create a nice straight line. As with the edger, hold the front up slightly when pushing forward. Control joints in large slabs can also be cut after the concrete cures, using a masonry blade in a circular saw or concrete saw. I prefer adding control joints after the concrete is cured using a circular or concrete saw.
Currently, three sizes of tower are available - a 15 cm (6 in) base tube is used for heights up to 4.6 m (15 ft), a 20 cm (8 in) tube is used for greater elevations and a 25 cm (10 in) heavy duty design is available for heights up to 6 m (20 ft). All the new towers have been designed to withstand wind loads of at least 160 km/h (100 mph).
