Concrete waste recycling and being used in the construction industry is
already accepted. In the process, screening and separation are the most
important processing part, so the liner is a must in
production. The secondary screening for construction aggregates is an issue
worthy of considering. Because concrete is a kind of high strength dense paste
mass which consists of aggregate, fine aggregate and cement paste. Aggregate
Gradation is directly related to the density of concrete. Indicators for
aggregates evaluation are sand particle size, material screening results
(judgment grade), the mud content and organic matter loss content on
ignition.
Cement concrete comes into being since an earlier time, and it
plays an important positive role for construction and building industry.
However, with time goes, there are generating more and more concrete waste,
which caused serious environmental problems. For example, we say it 2 billion m3
of concrete storage in China at present, which needs 0.8 billion tons cement and
natural sand consumption is at least 3.6 billion tons. Statistics shows that we
product 1 ton cement will use 0.95~0.98 ton clime, and 1 ton aggregates will
discharge about 1 ton CO2. At the same time, it will let out a large amount of
harzadous gas and dust. In aggregates proportion, natural sand takes much
account. While as endless mining for decades, some natural resource can't meet
large demand. What' more, natural limestone with industrial value just is able
to keep supplying for 30 or 40 years. Over-exploitation has lead to earth losing
and environment worsen. It has a bad effect to natural resources sustainable
development. According to incomplete statistics, China generates annual
construction waste 0.1 billion tons at present speed. If these construction
wastes could be used in a proper way, it makes sense greatly.

concrete aggregate refers to that we make use of old concrete waste to produce
artificial sand. The production process includes selection, crushing and
screening, and artificial sand has a certain physical performance and certain
particle size. In the process, vibrating screen will remove foreign materials,
and then the waste past through crushing by . Finally, the
particle size, roughness, density and water taking property are decided by
customers' demands. Therefore, the vibrating screen is also made object to
users' demands. It may be no easy to determine number of screens since the
different grain size. As there are different measuring standard from country to
country, the measure unit "mesh" sometimes is difficult to come into
agreement.
