No resistance snail shell (small checking door so that there is not an eddy
air flow): In the traditional grinding mill, the checking door of snail shell is
prominent, that mean the checking door and snail shell are not on the same
plane. So there will be eddy air flow easily come into being. As a result, the
energy waste is bigger. MTW series mill make the inner surface of checking door
stay with the inner surface of snail shell on the same plane, so the eddy air
flow is avoided efficiently;
Calcined dolomite will be transported into
finished hopper if the degree of fineness is between 5mm and 45mm. Otherwise the
calcined dolomite will be put back into the storage for recycling. In this way
we can not only avoid the
emission of solid waste, but also improve the grade of powder mine. Using
dolomite crusher, we can easily crush the calcined dolomite and use it in
production.
Repeated
inspection process raise higher requirement to
production, and now let’s talk about it one by one.
1, Delivery inspection:
each ball must be approved by delivery inspection, and accompanied by
certificate.
2, Delivery inspection items: delivery inspection must follow
the rules below:
A, basic requirements for ceramic ball mill: should be
consistent with the GB / T14253 regulations
B, safety and health: the ball
mill rotating part should be solid, reliable and safe. The parts that may affect
people safety should adopt corresponding safety measures; ball mill operation
should be of no abnormal noise; no-load test noise should be lower than the
specified.
Glass bottle crusher pulverizer systems for the mixed glass from
single-stream programs are complete systems with a surge feed hopper,
pulverizer, screen and conveyor packaged as a stand-alone system or integrated
into an existing MRF. The bottles and other recyclable glass enter the crusher
through a hopper. Material then passes into the pulverizer/hammer mill where
electric motors turn rotating flexible hammers that crush the glass but leave
the non-glass items in their larger, original form.
C, electrical equipment
should comply with relevant standards.
D, performance requirements: ball mill
should be kept stable rotation and flexible operation, reliable sealing
performance, no loose phenomenon in each successive piece. No-load operation
must be operated more than 2h and satisfy the requirement: normal operation; no
leakage in gearbox main bearing; balanced running and no obvious vibration
phenomenon;
load test (only after qualified no-load test) must be operated
more than 12h and satisfy: work balance, no obvious vibration phenomenon; no
leakage in gearbox main bearing; point temperature measuring is below 80 Celsius
degrees in ball mill main bearing, temperature rises should be kept within 40
Celsius degrees; no loose phenomenon between fasteners.
