Chinese contractors once again took the largest share of total revenues, at
23.2% or US$ 344 billion. They were followed by Japanese (14.2%, US$ 211
billion) and US (12.1%, US$ 179 billion) companies. Almost a quarter of the
companies in the Top 200 were form the developing world. This was a record
number, and their total revenues - US$ 460 billion, or 31% of the total - was
also a record in terms of the absolute amount and the share of the top
200.
iC editor Chris Sleight said, "The slowdown in Chinese construction
activity has clearly had an impact on this year's rankings, but there was still
growth for many of the country's largest contractors last year. At the same
time, we have seen improvements for global contractors focussed on key areas
such as energy and resources, and we have also seen a surge for companies in key
emerging markets - most notably Brazil, and to a lesser extent,
India."
Working principle of jaw : The strip and strip pulley are driven by a motor, and the moving
jaw moves up and down via eccentric shaft. The angle between fixed jaw and
moving jaw becomes smaller when the moving jaw runs down, then the materials are
crushed into pieces. It will become bigger when the moving jaw runs up. The
moving jaw board leaves the fixed jaw board under the action of pole and spring,
and then the end products come out from the crushing cavity. And also, Jaw
crusher is always used as the Primary jaw crusher.
We also offer to our
clients jaw plates that are made from best quality raw material. Our jaw
plates are wear-resistant and easily fit into .
These are widely used for breaking various rocks and ores. Available at
competent rates our jaw plates are packed in cases of wood and steel.
An
international jury of 11 trade specialists has chosen the winners of Intermat's
Innovation Awards 2012, with the presentation of the awards taking place during
a special ceremony.
In the civil engineering equipment sector, the gold award
winner is Volvo Construction Equipment for its On Board Weighing (OBW) system
for its F series haulers.
The OBW system is available for Volvo's full
suspension haulers. The system monitors the input of weight on the machine from
pressure sensors and relays this information to load software integrated into
the machine's electronics.
