Best maintenance time analysis of rock crusher

Gyratory crusher maintenance includes minor repair, medium repair and overhaul. There are details introductions for three maintenance as follow.
(1) Minor repair can be done every half month or at least one month. It mainly includes check and repaire the upper pendulum device, dust collector, the eccentric shaft, bevel gear, check disc, wear and lubrication of drive shaft bushing, lubrication system and lubricating oil replacement. Check and repair liners wear and tight state. Besides, every time minor repair should depend on the practical situation. It is not necessarily check every adpect.
(2) Medium repair cycle is mainly decided by wear situation of crushing liner and shaft bushing. Generally, medium repaire should be done every half year or one year. Except from all content of minor repairments, the repairment includes replacement of lining and bed liner plate; Repair and replace shaft bearing, shaft bushing, cone tooth gear and the wear parts of pendulum device; Repair and replace the eccentric shaft, eccentric shaft liner and thrust disc, etc. Besides, every time medium repair should depend on the practical situation. It is not necessarily check every adpect.
(3) Overhaul is done every 5 years. The maintenance includes all the content of medium repair. It is mainly repairing and replacing frame, centre rest and beam as well as the base. Overhaul often combines with technology reformation. The cycle of medium repair and overhaul depends on the hardness of broken ore. Meanwhile, it is also related to the work quality of daily maintenance. Therefore, intensify daily maintenance work and improve the quality are the key to guarantee machine in normal operation.
As a matter of fact, the service life of mining machine is relatively short. So, we should pay more attention to the parts damage degree and the shortest storage time, for fear that it brings too much unnecessarily trouble.The reasons for machine trouble includes human factors such as long use time, inproper maintenance, and natural factors such as machinery parts wear, corrosion, cavition and other factors. While, the former can be avoided, the latter cann't.  If we know clearly the causes of machine trouble, understand the demage regulations and take measures timely from design, manufacturing to running and maintenance, we can reduce demage and prolong service time.

Statics shows that over 20 accidents happened in Anshan mining company since production, among of which, more than 90% broken areas are in threading insert relief notch.
