Spiral
is short for classifier. Classifier includes high weir spiral, double spiral,
sank single spiral and the double spiral.
Spiral classifier is one of the
beneficiation equipments. According to the different proportion of solid
particles, the rate of precipitation in the liquid is also different. Spiral
classifier concentrates fine ore based on the principle. After grinding, the
materials will pass through filter, through which the coarse materials will
return to and the fine ore
will be discharged from the overflow pipe.
Generally, the spiral classifier
matches with ball mill to form a closed circuits and used for ore
concentrating. When used in the gravity concentrator, the match can also grades
ore and fine mud, and particle size classification in metal slurry beneficiation
processes. Besides, this set of spiral classifier and ball mill is used in
washing off mud and dehydration. The machine is simple structure, reliable and
easy to operate.
Features:
1. It is used for excessive powder separation
in dry type sand production. It is very convenient to control powder content to
meet user requirements.
2. It is suitable for medium-sized dry type sand
making production line.
3. The powder (0.00-0.75 mm) content is adjustable
between 2% -15%.
4. Powder quality is easy to control, and fine adjustment
is convenient, flexible and reliable.
5. It uses tile lining, so repair rate
is very low.
6. The inverter control technology makes operation more
concise.
Structure
The classifier is mainly composed by the
transmission, spirochetes, a tank, the lifting bodies, the lower bearing
(bearing) and the discharging ore valve.
Spiral classifier classification
1, High weir type: the top of the overflow end of the helical blade higher
than the overflow surface overflow terminal helix center below the overflow
surface. Mainly used for the overflow particle size of ore grading 0.83-0.15mm;
2, Sank: the overflow end of the helical blade fully immersed overflow
below. It is mainly applied to the overflow particle size 0.15-0.07mm ore
grading.
