The mill belongs to fine grinding equipment. Ball mill in powder grinding
processing line should be added cooling water at regular quantity. Do you wonder
why should we do that?
The ball mill rotation speed is related to the radius
of gyration. The outer layer grinding balls rotation speed is greater than that
of the inner grinding balls. When the grinding balls are at the same layer or
the radius of gyration is near to each other, the grinding ball location can
also impact rotating speed. The higher grinding balls location, the smaller
rotation speed. Because positive pressure of the different cylinder layers ball
is different, the friction suffered is also different. As the state of circular
motion in different layers is different, there is relative sliding force at
layers of grinding balls.
When processing cement, the grinding temperature
inside ball mill is higher than that of the raw material. Added that the cement
grinding fineness is higher, the temperature is rather high. The cooling water
can cool the tube wall and prevents the gap between liners becoming smaller
because of thermal expansion. And cool water can also prevent the liner from
being pushed together and pulling off the liner bolt. Hollow shaft temperature
rises may lead to security incidents, consequences is more serious. In a word,
adding cooling water is in view of safety in production. On the other hand, the
key to improve ball mill grinding efficiency is to increase the impact between
the ball and stone materials, increase grinding and improve the strength in unit
time. In fact, there are many ways to improve the efficiency of ball mill
grinding. But it not necessarily energy conservation, some ways to reduce the
milling time is mostly causing the increase of operating current.
With the
development of the aerated concrete industry, the application of the ball mill
becomes more and more universal. The production of from

cement, the performance is more prominent. Generally, mill output can be
increased by 15-20%, power consumption decreased by about 10%, in addition, the
