New shaking table improves production
Traditional shaking
table occupies large areas, low in work capacity, great in customers’
investment, which annoys customers a lot. But there is no better solution to
solve these problems. Double-deck table solves many problems in the course of
using single deck table.
Double-deck table is
characterized with covering small area, high work capacity, low cost, high rich
ore ratio, high separating efficiency, easy to take care, convenient for
adjusting stroke. When change cross fall and stroke still might maintain the
surface of bed movement balance；the spring lays aside
in box in vivo；the structure is
compact, also it could obtain the final ore concentrate and the final debris one
time.
A bed with
same dimension of the existed bed is added to table bed, two beds are connected
and supported in five points with steel plate, space between them is 400mm, and
free space is about 300mm.
Head of
the bed still uses two-crank rocker organization, spring box is oversized in
outer rocking box, crank, tie bar, spring, rocker, etc., requirement for
material remain unchanged. Bed is made of glass, dimension between top and
bottom bed is about 1823×1558×4520mm. Top and bottom bed shares a set of
adjusting gradient equipment of bottom bed, which uses rocking bracket bearing.
The rotary arc semi diameter that adjusts base plate and foundation support is
enlarged to 545mm, which designs for adapting arc support point rotary center
and lead screw center are in the same straight line.

It is
widely used for separating tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, gold, other rare
metals and precious metals. It also can be used for rough selection, scavenging,
and other different operations, to separate rough sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand
(0.5-0,074mm), sludge ore (-0.074), and various grades. Besides, it can be used
to separate iron, manganese ore and coal. When dealing with ores, such as
tungsten, tin, etc, effective recycling granularity range of table is
2-0.22mm
