Stand out in Business with Devoted Attitude

Your attitude in the workplace can be one of the most - if not the most - telling aspect of how others in the company look at you and feel about you as a coworker.

In the end of Dec., 2011, two customers from Middle East country came to visit us. In these two days, our customers gave our high praise to our working attitude. Think of someone you've worked with who perhaps didn't work as hard as you expected them to and then think about how you felt about every time you had to work with them.

Perception is often reality and once people get an idea in their head about someone or something, it can be difficult to get them to think differently. In my experience, your attitude in the workplace can sometimes define you more than the work you actually produce if your coworkers come to see you as someone who is reliable, competent, and intelligent and someone that they can rely on.

They said, when they come to Hongxing, no matter it is Saturday or Sunday, no matter it is middle night or early morning, friends from here still will come to pick up them in the airport, and meet them for business. It is not only business, it is a friendship, is an attitude for customers, for foreigners from other countries long distance. This attitude is good for the business, good for the friendship with the customers. When I come to China, I met too many salesmen from other companies, when I called them, they said it is off-work time, please come to our company tomorrow. They ignored my time is urgent, ignored we came to China from hundreds and even thousands of miles, they just said, it is six o’clock pm now, we are off work now. Thus salesmen are not for business, we will not choose them for our partners. Friends are very friendly and responsible to us, and their products are so good, their factories are so amazing.

Having formerly worked for a company that regularly laid off staff, I can tell you that the people who were let go first were often those who were generally regarded as being staff who didn't display these positive traits and therefore weren't seen as being employees who needed to remain employed. In general, a good working attitude for business is very important; the customers will choose salesman or sales women who are responsible and conscientious to manufacture and promote their crushing and grinding machines like .
