3.Create Subcase_Service Delivery_Postcal code veryfy

 

 

Verify SDI (Service Delivery Infromation)

1.APPS_Policies and customer_setup_case Infrastruction

base on Site ID, Contract ID, Email, SAR(Support Account Reference), and product.

Level  include 4 TYPES

Verify Method:

1.Incoming call, you can find Site ID, Product Number, then click the contact filters_part tab_click the shreet then Entitie and the system automatic, then click done. you can see the case Inst, for example

2.Main Case, Only display SAR TYPE VALUE, Creat SAR SDI use types, the use filter. you can use by type and other to complete search.
