There are two kinds of breasts implants that are used our days for . The first is the round silicon implant and the second is teardrop shaped implant.
Breasts implants can give different anatomy results by changing the shape of the natural breasts. It is possible to make the breasts more round and higher by using round shaped implants which are more full and located on the higher part of the breasts therefore give an illusion of a push up bra. For more natural fuller look it is recommended to use the low round silicon implant, which is fuller on the bottom part, therefore gives a more natural result. There is also the tear shaped implant which gives the most natural looking results but not as soft.
Breast implants have some myths: 1. People think the implants might blow up in different incidents like: flights, car accident, mammography, sports, falling down, and more. It is wrong. The implants are made out of silicon, therefore are not influent by air pressure, they also have strong coating which lowers their chances of blowing up. 2. Breasts implants are not used in order to make a dropping breast higher, for that there are different breasts surgeries. The implants only reshape the breasts and make them look fuller so might be used with other breasts surgeries but not as the solution for dropping breasts. 3. The breasts implants are usually not very heavy as some people might think. Most of them only weigh about 300 gm.
