* Fixed 'Unpack to SubDir' by hotkey, if selected files is not compressed files, TCLive is responseless

* Fixed hit 'Appy Button', Configs doesnot take effect immediately

* Fixed Call out Favorite DirHotList, TCLive has Error to exit occasionally
* Fixed Capturing, cannot save the default format of picture
* Fixed particular case, TCLive cannot find the files of Wincmd.ini and Usercmd.ini
* Fixed sending the internal/external/alias commands, TCLive makes a mistake occasionally

* 修正当用“解压到同名子目录”功能时，若在TC选的文件不是压缩文件，TCLive会假死的问题，谢谢brick@smth提出这个bug
* 修正设了“开机启动TCLive”的选项AutoRunWithSystem=1时，在配置界面不勾选的问题，谢谢brick@smth提出这个bug
* 优化设了“自动点'123窗口'”TCLive启动慢的问题
