Notfication_options ：
w : 在产生警告(warning)状态时候发送通知
u : 在产生未知(unknown)状态时发送通知
c ：           critical
r ： 恢复时候发送通知
f ： 放服务开始和停止翻动(flapping)时发送通知
n :  不发送通知
