When at V2.0.0 version,I use sign_server for web server and call update_adapter.sh at ser_connect.sh
it will delay use to connect when wget can not get file.
In V3.0.0 version 1)use servor for update ser
if use yun mode,i will use IIS for update_ser
if use adapter_mate,i will use /www/cgi-bin/AppUpdate/Adapter for update_ser
2)add update_web_port and update_web_path for web set and conf.txt
3)when open dev, call update_adapter.sh ant it will re wget in 1h .
4)for declare use disconnect point,so update_servor.sh when get .tar.gz if rc.local is run,then sleep 8h,then exe .tar.gz
5)rc.local at end sleep 60.
