my os is ubuntu 11.04 x64
1. Download flash player:
find the player link in this page for your OS. e.g.
2. go to the directory containing the file you just downloaded in terminal, type: tar xvfz flashplayer10_2_p3_64bit_linux_111710.tar.gz
3. type: mv libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/
start your firefox browser and test if everything is OK.
