ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'USERS'

create user test identified by test;
grant resource , connect to test;
此时可以create table了
但不能insert数据
SQL> create table A (id number);

Table created.

SQL> insert into A values (1);
insert into A values (1)
            *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace 'USERS'
提示没有对USERS表空间操作的权限
解决方法:
grant unlimited tablespace to test;

别的权限:

GRANT ADMINISTER ANY SQL TUNING SET TO test ;
