Your new battery comes in a discharged condition and must charged before use. The first time you use (or after prolonged storage period) the battery in two to three charge / discharge before achieving the required capacity.
When charging the battery for the first time, if your charger may indicate that the perception of only 10 to 15 minutes are up.
This is a normal phenomenon with rechargeable batteries. Simply remove the battery from the charger and then repeat the load.
It is important to condition (fully discharge and then fully charge) battery every two to three weeks. Do not do it in May significantly reduce battery life (this does not apply to lithium-ion), no air conditioning. To discharge, simply run your device under the voltage of the battery runs down or until you get a low battery warning. Then recharge the battery as shown in the user manual.
