双节点的RAC环境异常关闭后，数据库打开后抛出了SMON: Failed to acquire SEG2的信息。

MOS上对此进行了描述：
SMON进程在另一个实例使用的UNDO表空间中发现了一个死事务，SMON试图去恢复这个死事务，
但是这个事务已经被和这个UNDO表空间相关联的本地实例的SMON进程恢复完毕，SMON进程抛出来这个信息。
这个信息完全可以忽略，不会对数据库造成影响。
