ACM为双盲评审，先是由主席分配给委员会。给2个或者3个reviewer，
然后对有争议的文章进行表决，录用率很低。如果在一些不是很热门的领域做了工作的，
也会accept。

GENERAL ADVICE：
1 Start Writing Early
因为是双盲评审，先写出来，给朋友看，他们就会知道这是你写的。还可以改英语表达。presentation
II.2 Properly Cite and Summarize Prior Work
合理的引用文章，分析文章的弱点，要不然reviewer会认为了解的不够多。
II.3 Keep Within the Page Limits；II.4 But Be Complete；II.5 Write a Good Abstract，不能写的太晦涩，要引起委员组的兴趣；Avoid Needless Buzzwords。
