Solaris安装Veritas Storage Foundation

环境：solaris10u8 x64 （vmware）
软件：Storage Foundation 5.0 for solaris
特别说明一下：实验用的solaris系统，当时为了节省时间，没有完全安装，而只是安装了Core Software Group (SUNWCreq)集，这是这几天安装过程中悲剧的根源。由于这个原因导致vxvm没能安装成功，几天中反复试验好几次，最后才找到原因。

    从官网下载Veritas™ Storage Foundation Solaris x64 Platform Edition 5.0软件包到solaris系统中进行解包。由于u8版已经包含了《Veritas Storage Foundation™ Release Notes》中要求的补丁。因此可以直接进入安装文件所在目录，运行installer脚本进行安装。

    在随后出现的Task Menu中输入I进行安装，并根据提示进行操作直至安装完成。最后提示：

      Storage Foundation and High Availability Solutions 5.0        
Installing SF: 100%                                           
The following packages failed to install on s10x64u8v:
       VRTSvxvm
       VRTSalloc

Installation log files, summary file, and response file are saved
at:
       /opt/VRTS/install/logs/installer-T3yKz7
To enable Dynamic Multi-Pathing (DMP), MPxIO must be disabled.
Refer to the Storage Foundation Release Notes for further details on
disabling MPxIO.
Reboot all systems on which VxFS was installed or upgraded.
         shutdown -y -i6 -g0

    第一次安装后，没留意到告警信息，后来才发现软件没发用，便重新安装了一遍。……然后才发现时VRTSvxvm没有成功安装，便直接重新安装VRTSvxvm软件包，但是按照失败！……最后瞎忙乎了很长时间，才醒悟过来去看安装记录。

No changes were made to the system.

    由于solaris系统不是完成安装，所以没有所必须的SUNWscpu软件包，VSF的安装脚本在运行过程中有没明确提示，所以费了不少时间。

    找到失败原因后，挂载solaris系统光盘，近日Product目录，加装SUNWscpu软件包。然后再重装下vxvm软件包就可以了。
