如果你在迁移的时候由于空间问题，不打算要现在的UNDO文件，而打算重建一个。那么解决此问题之前你必须具备以下条件：准备使用_corrupted_rollback_segments参数，并且拥有一个冷备份。（注释：此操作不用隐含参数）
