无法ssh到虚拟机（Workstation 7）

vmware workstation 7下装了两台RHEL5.3，Windows无法ssh到RHEL5.3（windows可以ping通RHEL5.3），而两台RHEL5.3之间却可以互相ssh。

Guest virtual machines lose connectivity with Windows host after upgrading to Workstation 7

Symptoms

On some Windows hosts, upgrading to Workstation 7 may cause:

Virtual machines to lose network connectivity with the host. 
Network connectivity for other hosts remain unaffected.

Resolution

To restore network connectivity, disable IPv4 Checksum offloading in the Advanced Properties of the affected hosts and virtual machines. The options can vary based on the host and the network adapter available.

On the host machine:

Open Device Manager.
Expand the network adapter section.
Click the network card and go to Properties.
Click the Advanced tab and look for checksum offloading or hardware checksumming.
Disable this option using the drop down.

从中看到的：解决方法是关闭主机网卡的checksum offloading功能。

至于网卡的“checksum offloading”为何会影响到ssh，尚未想通。
