由于业务上的不便，需要将apache改端口，当我把apache的监听端口改为8000时报如下错误
lamp]# /etc/init.d/httpd restart
停止 httpd： [失败]
启动 httpd：httpd: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.0.1 for ServerName
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:8000
(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:8000
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
[失败]
这是因为apache的默认端口修改后不能运行
因此解决方法
echo 0 > /selinux/enforce 或setenforce 0
重启 ok
