近期碰到了些怪问题，在此与大家共享一下：
1、Web访问速度奇慢无比：
最近一个客户的OA应用访问速度特别慢，OS为Win2003SP2，Domino 7.0.2，曾经碰到Win 2003 SP2会导致服务器的路由效率低下，参见

后来还更新了服务器的补丁和操作系统的网卡的驱动程序，仍然没有改善，后来居然发现是由于DSAPI的程序导致的，把DSAPI的设置去除，访问正常，加上则速度很慢，后来让程序人员去检查DSAPI程序了。

Question
After installing Microsoft Windows (XP and 2000) update MS05-019 or Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or Service Pack 2 (SP2), customers have reported the following problems on Domino servers:

Issue #1
Users receive "Server not responding" when attempting to connect to the server.

Issue #2
Users are able to connect to the server; however, it takes a significant amount of time before the connection is established.

Issue #3
Mail routing performance degradation that includes the following symptoms:
-- Messages pile up in the MAIL.BOX.

-- Issuing "Tell Router Show" on the server console shows that all transfer threads are in use and most pending mail in a "BUSY" state.

-- Issuing "Show Tasks" on the server console shows the Router threads transferring mail to various destinations; however, the length of time to complete a transfer is much longer than normal.
 
 
Answer
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# LP336BPMCP; however, it was determined that the issue does not lie within Notes/Domino.

A fix is available from Microsoft. For details on the problem, and to obtain the fix, refer to article #898060 from Microsoft's Knowledge Base.

Note: As of June 14, 2005, an updated version of MS05-019 is available from Microsoft. This update, however, does not affect Windows 2003 Server with SP1. Users running Windows 2003 SP1 must install a hotfix that is available via the Microsoft article noted above. For further information, refer to Microsoft Security Bulletin MS05-019

This same network degradation has also been observed with Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Windows 2003 with network drivers that do not support the new networking features included in SP2. This does not affect all servers or all hardware. Prior to updating to SP1 or SP2 it is highly recommended that you verify that you have the latest drivers installed for your network cards. 2、服务器不能正常启动
服务器出现异常后，通过nsd -kill，在启动服务器的时候，等了大约一个小时，没有任何反应，本以为是names损坏，后来替换了几个names，仍然得不到改善。后来只好将正式的数据倒入到测试环境中去处理，首先倒入names,notes.ini和server.id，服务器能正常启动，然后倒入用户的应用数据库，服务器仍然能正常启动，最后倒入用户的domino/html目录下的东西后，服务器不能启动，最后发现domino/html目录下的一个文件夹的长度达到了200多个，加上外围的目录在256左右，将其删除，服务器就能正常启动。
