目前，思科有两种证书发放，纸质和电子证书两种，先教你如何申请纸质证书重发：
第一步，访问以下地址

打开链接后，点击如下图蓝色框内的链接，如图所示

第二步，打开后，看到如下图所示的页面，点击蓝色框内的链接--create a case，假如看不到，可以搜索。

第三步，打开后，你会看到如下页面

填写你的e-mail地址，请确保你填写的e-mail正确并保证其长期有效；
填写subject，
填写内容，包括完整地址，邮编，cisco id和要求重发什么证书
下面示例，仅供参考：

接下来到你刚才填写的信箱去收信
信的内容大致如下：

然后去访问第1个步骤的链接，使用cisco id登录，查看个人信息是否正确，不正确就修改一下。
之后几天会收到一封答复信：

接下来就是回复这个case，在case里给出你详细的地址，然后耐心的等待。一般很快会收到另一封邮件，示例如下：

备注：一般情况下前后会收到4封e-mail，
第一封是你提交了case后,系统马上自动生成并发到你信箱的,这时最好到跟踪系统查看并更新你的个人信息;
第二封是对方给你的回复,你需要查看并按照提示去做,必须在两个工作日内回复case;
第三封是对方对你的回复的解答,一般问题这时就解决了,你去case查看也显示的是solved,接着case将会几天后关闭;
第四封就是问题完全解决后,对方发来的一封信,主要是感谢你联系他们之类的话,另外就是说为了提高服务质量,请帮忙完成一个调查。
另外：当你再次登录查看你的证书状态时，在下图中蓝色框内的部分可能显示为两个n/a，这个是不要紧的。
提醒：申请纸质证书重发是需要花15美金的。
