Description: Added 030308 by svemulap
It was found during the testing [both on IOS & IOU], that while
redistributing ISIS routes into OSPF, the directly connected
ISIS routes are not getting redistributed into OSPF.
This deviates from the OSPF behavior.
The workaround in this case is to redistribute connected under
router ospf
