gentoo 2007 ，proftpd 1.3.1rc2 匿名用户登录不了，建立的ftp用户可以登录

下面是在windows下面的ftp登录提示的信息，分别用的是不输入用户名，输入用户名无密码，和输入ftp用户的用户名和密码三者
C:\>ftp 192.168.24.210

User (192.168.24.210：(none)): #这一步没有我没有输入用户名
500 USER: command requires a parameter.

ftp> user ftp #默认的匿名用户ftp
331 Anonymous login ok, send your complete email address as your password
Password: #没有输入密码
530 Login incorrect.
Login failed.
ftp> user test #自己建立的ftp用户
331 Password required for test

ftp> dir

可能还是权限的问题，我ftp用户和ftp用户组都已经有了。
