LinuxSelfhelp
Overview
LinuxSelfhelp.com is devoted to helping Linux users help themselves.
One of the reasons GNU/Linux or just Linux for short has seen tremendous growth over the past several years is that there is a vast collection of resources available to help those with problems, including howtos, tutorials, online guides and other forms of documentation. Unfortunately, navigating through these resources to find the right documentation for your particular needs is not always the easiest of tasks.
Our goal at LinuxSelfhelp.com is to make the best and most up to date documentation available to the Linux community in the easiest, most intuitive manner possible. This means useful categorization of Linux help documents, allowing for quick and easy retrieval of the documentation you need, useful search tools that actually search through the help files themselves, a comprehensive glossary of Linux terms and commands to help newbies, and a discussion forum for exchanging information and tips with other Linux users. Also, you will notice that the site is completely ad-free!
We want to help you find the information you need, quickly and easily, so you can spend less time troubleshooting Linux and more time doing the things you enjoy.

LinuxSelfhelp.com is completely volunteer supported. It was created by Edward Buck in 1999 to provide a better documentation and support site for the Linux community.
