1,perl-CGI-SpeedyCGI , perl 已经安装了。

2,webmail的日志是在maillog里面的吗？如果是，有这么一段不知道有何帮助

之后，是不是说明openwebmail以及它的套件比如Compress-Zlib，CGI-SpeedyCGI，suidperl，Text-Iconv等都已经安装成功？
现在的问题是不是出在apache或者其它一些配置的问题上？
