Objective:
To develop a software module that enables the automatic broadcast of MPEG programs
through a MPEG decoder card,based on a predefined playlist.

Scope:
The scope of the project includes the following:
1. To develope an automatic broadcast module based on Microsoft DirectShow.
2. This module will automatically broadcast the MPEG programs through a MPEG decorder card based on a playlist.
3. The module will playback a default MPEG programs,whenever there is any empty slot in the scheduling.
4. The module should allow for perviewing of the MPEG program before its actual broadcast .it must also allow for real-time remote viewing of the broadcast programs through internet.
