The 10.3-acre development adds to the range ofcommercial projects already scheduled for development in the Medini Business District.
Key plans include a media village cluster development to support Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios, a US$150 million film and television production facility project which is expected to create over 3,000 jobs and will be located in close proximity to the Medini Business District.
In addition, GCD will also take a larger role in the success of Medini and is currently conducting a feasibility study to develop Plaza Medini, a two million-square feet commercial mixed use project consisting of office space, hospitality venues, serviced apartments and retail outlets.
