Further to the TSX Venture Exchange Bulletins dated June 2, 2010 and July 5, 2010, effective at the opening Tuesday, July 6, 2010, trading in the shares of the Company will be suspended, the Company having failed to complete a Qualifying Transaction within 24 months of its listing. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the Company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.

TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Property Acquisition Agreement dated June 23, 2010 between the Company and Rodney V. Kirkham whereby the Company has acquired a 100% right, title and interest in and to the mineral claims located in the Skeena Mining Division, British Columbia. The aggregate consideration is $4,500.00 and 500,000 common shares. The property is subject to a 2% Net Smelter Returns Royalty of which the Company may purchase for $1,000,000 subject recover to further Exchange review and acceptance.
