The global forecast for the Asian markets is mixed with

Gold stocks are seen as a key support, while technology stocks and airlines also are expected to rise - while the financials, steel companies and properties are likely to see further consolidation. The European and U.S, markets ended mixed but little changed, and the Asian bourses are predicted to follow suit.
The SET finished sharply lower on Tuesday as investors locked in gains following the recent rally. Energy stocks were hit hard, while the financials and construction stocks also fell under pressure.
For the day, the index plunged 15.65 points or 1.67 percent to finish at the daily low of 921.39 after peaking at 939.95. Volume was 5.088 billion shares worth 39.671 billion baht. There were 290 decliners and 80 gainers, with 122 stocks finishing unchanged.
