"We had to wait until Edison came out here before we could start pouring water on the truck," Lopez said. "Electricity and water don't mix."

Steven Hurt, vice president of Mount Clemens Metal recycling on Production Drive, saw the accident occur. He said he saw the truck driving raising the tarp system that covers the materials inside of the trailer of the truck and saw the wind catch it.
