The Cal State Stanislaus Foundation had refused a request for the contract by State Sen. Leland Yee, D-San Francisco, but two students saw employees come out of the campus administration building with boxes of documents, including the final six pages of Palin's nine-page contract.

Missing was Palin's fee for the June 25 black-tie $500-a-plate fund raiser. The contract included a privacy clause preventing officials from disclosing the speaker's honorarium, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.

The fee is reportedly in the $75,000-$100,000 range.

The recovered contract documents, from the Washington Speakers Bureau, go into detail about requirements by the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee.

Palin requires two first-class airline tickets from Anchorage or arrangement to travel by a private plane, "the private aircraft MUST BE a Lear 60 or larger."ATM Parts Two business class tickets are required, presumably to fly representatives from Palin's booking agency a lower-48 state to the engagement.

The contract requires that she be picked up at the airport by an SUV or black town car, and that she have a one-bedroom suite and two single rooms in a deluxe hotel. The governor's name is to be registered under an alias.

Autographs at the event would not be permitted. Personal cameras, cell-phone cameras and all other recording devices must be turned off.

The Cal State Foundation was required to provide a "tall wooden lectern" with back lighting focusing on notes, along with two bottles of still water and bendable straws."

"A representative of Washington Speakers Bureau or the Speaker's party will open the water at an appropriate time prior to the Speaker's participation in the program," read the contract.

Yee is sponsoring legislation that would require university foundations, such as the one sponsoring Palin's upcoming appearance, to comply with the state of California's Public Records Act.
