the main exporters of stainless steel to Russia
According to the data of Special Steel & Alloys Consumers and
Lawson Suppliers Association, Russia imported 18,056 tonnes of stainless steel in October 2010, down by 10% MoM.
Among them, 10,601 tonnes were stainless steel plates, accounted for 56.7% and 3,313 tonnes were bar products or 18.3% of the total.
Meanwhile, the main exporters of stainless steel to Russia are Asia and
Lawson Europe, which exported 9,796 tonnes and 4,105 tonnes, accounting for 54.3% and 22.7% of the whole stainless steel imports respectively.
