Investigators are looking for a who robbed a credit union this morning in Salem.
The man entered the Maps Credit Union at 1900 Hines St. S.E. about 11:10 a.m. and presented a note to the teller. He took an undisclosed amount of cash and left through the back door, according to Salem police. A police dog was not able to track the suspect.
Police described the robber as a white male, 20 to 25 years old, medium height, with red or brown hair, unshaven, wearing a brown stocking cap over a dark curly , black women's sunglasses, a two-tone blue zip-up fleece jacket or sweater, with royal blue on top, a horizontal white stripe and navy blue on the bottom. He also wore blue jeans and
Wigs white shoes.
