UbuntuServer6.06在VMware下安装完成，启动至提示“UncompressingLinux…Ok,bootingtheKernel.”后失去响应。
解决办法如下：
1。从Ubuntu6.06server安装光盘启动，选择“Rescueabrokensystem.”（紧急救援模式）。
2。行至紧急救援模式屏幕，选择“executeashellin/dev/discs/disco/part1”，此选项可能与您的系统稍有不同。
3。一直按继续
4。当Shell启动提示符出现后，输入：“sudoapt-getinstalllinux-686”。
5。当被询问时，输入：“Y”。686kernel将被从Ubuntu的服务器上下载并安装。成功后重启。
