VMwareWorkstation下装了Debian但是总存在系统时钟与宿主机不同步的情况，虽然参考官方提出的解决方法做一些conf的改动，但是还不是特别准确，所以决定装上VMTools。记录下过程，其他Linux安装过程也应该大同小异。
1.linux.iso解压到VM的目录下
2.启动要安装VMTools的虚拟Debian
3.VM菜单->VMwareToolsInstall
4.[root]#mount-tiso9660-r/dev/cdrom/media/cdrom挂载光驱
5.[root]#cd/tmp
6.[root]#tarzxpf/cdrom/VMwareTools-6.0.3-80004.tar.gz解压
7.[root]#cdvmware-tools-distrib
8.[root]#./vmware-install.pl
提示我"Setupisunabletofindthe"killall"programonyourmachine.Pleasemakesure
itisinstalled.Doyouwanttospecifythelocationofthisprogrambyhand?"
[root]#apt-getinstallpsmisc安装psmisc包含killall的程序
9.安装kernel-header(主要是为了解决WhatisthelocationofthedirectoryofCheaderfilesthatmatchyourrunningkernel?问题)，步骤如下：
a.在命令行中键入：uname-a查看版本我的版本是：Linuxdebian2.6.18-6-686
b.接着键入：apt-cachesearchheaders2.6.18-6-686（然后搜一下内核的头文件）
c.键入命令安装：apt-getinstalllinux-hearders-2.6.18-6-686
[root]#apt-getinstallmake
[root]#apt-getinstallgcc顺便安装gcc，后面一些编译要用到
10.最后做一些配置的工作
[root]#/usr/bin/vmware-config-tools.pl
删除程序：/usr/bin/vmware-uninstall-tools.pl
配置程序：/usr/bin/vmware-config-tools.pl
