Thanks for all this work and detailed, easy to follow support!! I got the .NET SP1 uninstalled just fine and followed the directions to reinstall. Reinstall from the Windows path shown (D:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\Install\NetFX20SP1_x86.exe still failed - it appears that a 'base' reinstall of .NET 2.0 is required before installing the SP1 patch (?)
