基础中的基础 windows 上 19c 客户端 安装卡住

简简单单滴安装，搞得越来越复杂（也好，不会失业。。。）

Windows上安装19c客户端，很常见的需求，但是打开启动界面后，点击下一步就挂起了
不往下走，似乎被卡住，没反应...

诊断一下：
点击Windows的开始按钮，以管理员身份打开 cmd 程序

然后执行 d:\soft\oracle19c_client\client\setup.exe  -debug
打开图形窗口后，点击下一步
界面还是卡住不动，回头看后面的cmd窗口，不断输出以下内容：

这就说明遇到了bug，解决方法是：

禁用全部网卡重启Windows操作系统，然后在虚拟机控制台里打开windows机器（或者去机房，连上显示器和键盘），安装完毕后，再启用网卡。
