安装oracle 11.2.0.4客户端，解压后，安装报错ins-30131，需要将C盘共享，
以超级管理员打开cmd窗口，执行

net share c$=c:
-
net use \\localhost\c$
然后重启server服务
以超级管理员执行setup.exe，通过。
