解压：
$ tar jxvf httpd-2.2.10.tar.bz2
$ cd httpd-2.2.10
构造Makefile:
$./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache2
编译安装：
$ make
$ sudo make install
启动：
$ sudo /usr/local/apache2/apachectl start
