Arrange your notes under headings and order them
Number your notes or mark them in some way to group them under main headings. This means putting your material into a logical order.How you do this will depend on the task type.For example, in the case of a process the logical order is to start at the beginning and follow the stages of the process through to the end.In the case of an object it is best to start with a general description and then focus on specific features.However you choose to do it,it is important to get your ideas organized. Otherwise you will not be able to write clearly.

Using your notes from exercise 2 arrange them under three or four headings so as to order your material on the use of solar radiation to provide domestic hot water and lighting.Remenber,these headings help you to organise the information,but you will not use "headings" in your answer.

Check with a friend or a teacher that your headings are logical and clear .The question asks you to describe a process so your headings should follw the stages of the process.
