gdm_slave_xioerror_handler

今天检查系统日志时发现以下错误：
[root@host113 ~]# grep error /var/log/messages

Nov 28 07:26:34 host113 gdm[3848]: gdm_slave_xioerror_handler：致命的 X 错误 - 正在重新启动 :0
Nov 28 07:26:45 host113 gdm[4418]: gdm_slave_xioerror_handler：致命的 X 错误 - 正在重新启动 :0
Nov 28 07:26:56 host113 gdm[4672]: gdm_slave_xioerror_handler：致命的 X 错误 - 正在重新启动 :0

Could not init font path element unix/:7100, removing from list!

接着查看相关日志：
less /var/log/gdm/\:0.log  发现以下错误：

(==) Log file: "/", Time: Wed Nov 28 07:26:48 2007
(==) Using config file: "/etc/X11/xorg.conf"
Could not init font path element unix/:7100, removing from list!
Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'

less /var/log/Xorg.0.log ，错误如下：

Could not init font path element unix/:7100, removing from list!
Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'

适成以上错误的原因是：
/tmp/.font-unix/fs7100  这个socket不存在，而它为什么不存在呢，原因又是因为/etc/init.d/xfs 这个服务没起来，所以解决以上问题的办法是 /etc/init.d/xfs start ,启动sfs server就可以了。
