Senior Technical Support Analyst  

Location: Beijing or Tianjin
The role will include a mixture of day to day support and Citrix environments design and delivery including infrastructure, application deployments.

The resource must be at least a Citrix Certified Administrator in either Citrix Presentation Server version 4.0 or 4.5 and have ideally 4+ years experience with CPS technologies.

Experience with Citrix Access Gateway (CAG), Web interface, Edgesight and with Password Manager

In depth knowledge of MS Windows Server 2003 environments including the use of Group Policies within an MS Terminal Server environment is a necessity. Experience of application Streaming Technologies from Citrix and Microsoft (Softgrid) as well as VMWare ESX Server would also be of real advantage.

Required Skills:

Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 (four years min)
MS Windows Server 2003 environments (AD/GPO/Networking)
Citrix Access Gateway
Web Interface ver 4.x
Microsoft Softgrid v 4.x
Citrix Presentation Server 4.5
Citrix Sequencing
