   软件在网上在很多地方可以下载，但是怎么用却很有讲究。如果未装Allegro软件，那么会有一个提示“Could not find a TELENV environment variable or the FAKE_ENV file”，说明是没有TELENV环境。装上Allegro软件后，双击Layout转Allegro软件后无反应，这个可伤脑筋了，刚开始以为是注册 表某一项设置被修改了，试了一些修改，更正没效果，考虑再三，装系统，就此一搏。依然未果。苦恼~~~，问题得解决啊，搜索解决方案，找到官方英文解决方 案，惊喜若狂：

Could not find a TELENV environment variable or the FAKE_ENV file

PROBLEM:
I just downloaded the Beta Layout to Allegro translator from the OrCAD web site and unzipped the TOALLEGRO.ZIP file in my Cadence Allegro bin folder (typically, C:\CADENCE\TOOLS\BIN). When I attempt to launch TOALLEGRO.EXE by double-clicking on it, the following message displays:

     Could not find a TELENV environment variable or the FAKE_ENV file

SOLUTION:
The Layout to Allegro translator will only run on computers that have Allegro installed on them. Because the VIF interface into Allegro wants to assess your ENV file before doing the translation, you must have a Windows NT environment variable named TELENV pointing to your Allegro ENV file. Typically, a copy of the ENV file can be found in the \SHARE\PCB\TEXT path.
To set the TELENV environment variable, right-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop and choose Properties from the pop-up menu. Choose the Environment tab, enter TELENV in the Variable text box, enter the path where the ENV file is located in the Value text box, then click Set. You should see a new entry that is similar to the following, depending on your installation location:

     TELENV C:\CADENCE\SHARE\PCB\TEXT\ENV

Click OK to close the System Properties dialog box. You should now be able to launch TOALLEGRO.EXE.
