Perl环境搭建

ppm是windows下的perl编译器active perl的包管理工具,具体作用类似于CPAN，
使用方法也很简单
去下载适合你系统的activeperl版本，一路安装，如果你不知道如何设置就使用默认设置就可以了
安装好后可以打开一个cmd，在里面执行perl -v 如果有类似如下显示
C:\Documents and Settings\Hunk>perl -v

This is perl, v5.10.0 built for MSWin32-x86-multi-thread
(with 1 registered patch, see perl -V for more detail)

执行perl的文件也很简单，比如你有一个perl写的文件在e盘，名字叫1.pl
在cmd中执行
e:
perl 1.pl 如果代码正常，包也都满足就会显示相关信息
