Package has no installation candidate 问题

今天在安装make时出现了Package has no installation candidate问题
软件环境：Vmware workstation 10.0.4 + Ubuntu 14.04-server-i386
~$sudo  apt-get install make
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Package aptitude is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package make has no installation candidate

解决方法如下：
~$sudo apt-get update
~$sudo apt-get upgrade
~$ sudo apt-get install

这样就可以正常使用apt-get了～
